We are happy to prepare a hearty breakfast in the breakfast room with homemade delicacies and various South Tyrolean products.

Early in the morning we can also bring you fresh bread rolls or a breakfast basket to your flat door on request.

At breakfast we spoil you with fruit spreads, apple juice, nectar, compote, curd cheese herb spread, dried fruit, fresh fruit and eggs from the organic farm and South Tyrolean products such as tea, milk, butter, yoghurts, cheese, ham, home-smoked bacon and coffee.

The herb garden for our guests is a balm for the soul, the scent, the colours and the harvest have already brought a smile to the faces of many guests and also refined the dishes in a natural way.

Protecting the environment on an organic farm, even on holiday:

Not just lip service, but a mission! Hot water and electricity are generated by the sun. We heat with wood.
Did you know that our tap water is of excellent quality? It's worth doing without expensive plastic bottles and enjoying the precious Kalterer water.
Use our free refillable stainless steel bottle in your home!
The good drinking water from Kaltern can also be drunk at numerous public fountains and your water bottle can be refilled.

The weekly farm tours and wine tastings with the young farmer Roland or his father Paul can also be booked by interested parties who do not live with us.

Who wants to go on a bike or village tour or even more! We can help you hire e-bikes!
